Swallow your pride, lose some of that definition and throw on some size! Sorry, it's just that I'll always have a place of contempt reserved in my black, souless heart for lean bastards like yourself. Seriously though, it might be tough to give up that "look" but I'd highly suggest you undergo a big bulking PHASE (not necessarily "cycle") which will necessitate losing at least a little of that definition; unless you're a genetic freak.
Anyway, this gets thrown around a lot, and maybe loses some validity in the process, but you do have a nice, solid base to build on by the looks of it.

Acctually, this is my "bulk" ;) I've started at 172lbs 14months ago, now i'm at 208lbs. I eat alot, i don't count my calories, but make sure to get atleast 250p ED. I eat a lot of bad food as pizza and hamburgers, but my body don't want to get fat. :P I haven't done cardio since the summer. So i guess i have quite hard to gain fat?

consider yourself luck if the fat doesn't creep on...BUT, any time anyone asks me how to eat for weight gain, I'll tell them that unless a little fat creeps on, you'll never know if you're eating enough. If the fat comes on (just a bit, no need to overkill...though I've been known to do that) then, basically, you can rest assured you're getting enough calories. Of course, there are other variables that come into play, but at its simplest level I'm a believer in that philosophy. Somewhere in my favorites i have a nice little link to eating for mass for guys who are naturally lean, i'll see if i can dig it up.

Thansk BigGreen, i'd love to read that. I've gained 36lbs in 14months, and the shape was better last summer, so I'm quite sure that I eat enough, just to be sure i drink atleast 2 extra gainers ed (2*900kcal).
This fall i'm going to really really bump up my calories and try to gain even more mass.

i think you look great man, the way you wanna look is up to you so im not going to tell you what I think you should do (ie bulk up or anything) i think this place is to critique poeple on their set goals as everyone is different in what they want. I think too many poeple are telling poeple what to do as they see fit, which may not be what the person in the pics wants. So keep up the good work man you look awesome

Cynical...that is a very good point. I do often look at these posts and pics and assume, unless told otherwise, that most people are striving for something analogous to that which I endeavor to "become". That being said, however, on a board wherein the main topic of discussion is the use of aas (though certainly other topics are dealt with intelligently...i'm just being a realist) I think it is *generally* safe to assume that most guys wandering in here are in fact looking for more size. Nevertheless, you have given me some food for thought.

Thank u Cynical! I'm quite happy with my shape right now. And ALA helps me to gain wheigt, and my shape even get better! I think both u and BigGreen got good points!
Okej, my goal? I want to compete in a competition i Sweden tha last year as a junior. So 2006 I'm gonna be number one in +80kg ;)

Wimp, i'm workinh hard with my bi's. I belive they are overtrained, so i'm about to start a program and only train them twice/month. It works with my back.

Billon, since i started with ALA (one month ago) at 2g ED, i lost 1,5" waist, and gained 1/2" arms. More vascularity and good strenght gains, 15kg i benchpress, 5kg in shouldepress.

Some periods I train the back 3-4times/mont. But most often 2-3.
once a month i start with deadlifts 3set. The times i dont do deadlifts i work out 3sets seated rows, with a grip looking like an upside-down V. I pull to my bellybutton. Then 2-3 set bent over row Then 3sets with seated high row. Or in a machine looking like this one: http://www.exrx.net/AnimatedEx/BackGeneral/LVSeatedHighRow.gif

thats called a hammer curl and im up to 205lbs each side right now

Ok jarret! I only work out with about 120-130 on each side, and train strict and quite many reps.

About 8 precent BF. Looks a little more when you compare yourself to more muscular guys at same precentage because at this level of bf they already have quite more definition, but that will come in time :)

Your bis and tris are no where near the development I see in you chest/shoulders/back. Hit arms together (including forearms) on one day, get that all over pump and do this once every week! Not twice a month, come on. You have good genetics if that really is all natural in 14 months. Bring up the arms and you'll have a very nice physique for the "beach". One question...where are the wheels? ...or are you hiding them?

pumpseeker, i belive you are right. i guess my arms are overtrained, so I'm resting a week. My wheels... well ny knees are crap, i wasn't allowed to do military service because of them, so it's quite hard to work them out. Here is one picture of a calf.

The truth is that I don't follow any diet! I eat what ever I want and when ever I want. Så quite mucg pizza and hamburgers :P And of course tuna, chicken, meat and so on!
Today i started a "cycle" including 30ml glycerol ED, 2500mg ALA ed, and 15-30g creatin ED.
I will post more pictures within a month!!

Jag hade väldigt olik massa och styrka ja. Tror det beror på att jag tränat taido där och höger lats fick statisk träning. Men jag körde bara på till inte orkade mer, ordnar till sig ju större du blir. I enhandsövningar började jag med svaga sidan, och gjorde inte fler reps på starka. Va noga med att inte cheat ner vikten genom att vinkla ena armen eller böjja ryggen!
