Impressive, Rocket! Triceps especially - it's difficult to keep the sweep on them in that pose... shows their size.
hey, cool calendar!! I remember that calendar well, was on my bedroom wall for ages, LOL! Which year is it from again? Eeek, I'm becoming a bit too anoraky so I'll get my anorak, er, coat now, lol :D

Thanks for all the postive comments. The calander is from 1994, I train at home so I keep them around to help keep me motovatied. It's tuff training at 5am.

Hi rocket, looking good, dont worry about the fat , everybody has some to lose, even me and christmas is coming yarggg.
I plan to buy a house next year and i am gonna buy a power rack so i can train at my house has well.
