7 weeks in to the deca300/t-eth500 ew cycle. Startin liquidex and winny in about a week or 2. My neck has literally hit 21 inches at flex! Now gotta get the arms to that #!

Don't expect to be lean because you're taking winny/prop, expect to be lean because you'll clean up your diet and do a little more cardio. Good Luck, Can't wait to see after pics.

just curious, have you taken your blood presure since you started this cycle? you look to be retaining a good amount of water and from experience (with fewer compounds and lower dosages) my bp was ridiculously high when it was visible that i had water in me.

Good job Big - G, I see huge improvements from your other pic. You and me have the same body type dude, I can bet your not happy with the size of your arms, you probably feel there wide from side view but there not as thick from the front view. I have the same problem, Iam half way into the cycle I started injecting in my bicepts to get a little bit thickness from the front view. Any ways your arms look allot bigger then before are you also spot injecting, let me know wuz up

Shruggs with 500lb and burnouts with dumbells auta leave ur neck stiff for a few days. I believe the key to big trapps is to squeeze that shit all the way up! Most guys do rather small motion and its mostly momentum as to where i let that bar hang and try squeezing my shoulders to my ears with every rep.

in his case he's got those good traps because his clavicals are short.if he had longer clavicles they might not be as big.ive noticed this also help with your chest development as he is a prime example.tall traps full chest and a big bench.

got some studies showing you that cardio increases baseline human growth hormone levels. will send em to you if you want. i don't know how much you're doing but adding a little won't hurt. just make up for it with another shake a day if you're afraid of losing gains.
