he is 17 training for 1.5 years he started a cycle i made him quit after week 6 and promissed him to make him better just with a good diet and training.

u have some size in your arms and chest and looks like u have been working hard, with your body structure though it looks like you have wide hips, that means you have to make your upper-body twice as big to give a v-taper illusion so i would say try a low to mod-carb diet along with a lot of cardio and heavy basic upper body moements such as deadlifts heavy incline benches and military presses (5-8 reps), you might wanna try hack squats instead of real squats for a while to avoid making your waist any bigger or until you get your upperbody big enough to make your waist look small in coparison, just my opion but i think it could help either way looking good and keep working hard

thats not me thats a friend we work out together some times, yea he have wide hips and now i made him a good diet low carbs high protien with 30min cardio ed so that will help a bit and il post after pics in 3 weeks but no other comments?

It doesn't look like those are are 43 cm! that's a tad above 17 inch!
Tell the guy he looks good anyhow and there's no need for a cycle when he is only a beginner.

i know he dont cycle and his arms are 43 cm in real life he looks much bigger than those pics.
I wish I was that big at 17. I was a twig, LOL. keep up the good work!
