No flame but I don't see any difference. That doesn't mean shit because there is only a month between photos and your profile says you are natural. Give it more time. If you are truly natural then I would give it a minimum of 4 - 6 months before you see noticeable gains. You can't expect to see much in only a months time natural. Keep bustin ass though! :)

Dude take the pictures at the same spot under the same lighting. it makes it easier to tell if there has been a change or not.

Looks like you have a good foundation. Keep busting your ass and you will see good gains. Its hard to tell by your photos if you made any improvment. What are your stats , before/after.

stats before:
weight = 205-210
height = 6'2
arm = 16.25

after
weight= 210-212
same height
arm = 16.7

over the past month i have been busting my ass real hard on squats , deads, bench, pull ups

i have basically simplified my workout because it was time to change it up and i also think i was overtraining so right now im experimenting with keeping the staples of my workout ie squat bench and deads and switching out a new exercise every week to see how it works for me

chest workout =
warm up bench
bench 10,8,6
inline 8,6
decline 8,6
dips failure failure OR cable crosses 10 10

back workout =
heavy deads 10 8 6
bent over barbell rows 8 8 6
lat pulls 8 8 OR chins failure failure
cable rows 8 8

legs
heavy squats 10 8 6
close feet squats 8 8
leg extensions 10 8 6
leg curls 10 8
calves

like i said i had been overtraining my chest and am starting to see solid gains now so it'll take some time

like i said, i had been overtraining my chest and it wasn't growing while everything else was so i know it sucks but it'll get up to par in 2 or 3 months
