I am 20 and have not taken any injectctions ever. A month ago I weighed 168 now I weigh 178. My abs are not as ripped and I am not as toned. I know I am going to need to do major cardio. I used to weigh 215, but I was hella chunky too. I want to reach 190 and cut back, should I stay natural. One problem is that when I lost my weight from 215 all I did was jog every day. My legs shrank in size. Now they are coming back, but I need the rest of the weight I gain to come back in my legs. Thats why I want to take some deca and inject them in my quads. Sorry if the pics are bad I am by myself.

good genetics in the shape of your chest...however, your tricep looks nonexistent in that arm pose while your bicep has all the development (maybe it's the pic...let's see a tricep shot to tell for sure)

cool, as for my triceps their there,many compliments from the ladies poolside. I will get a shot of them later. The reason I want to get some gear is so that I can gain pure muscle mass in my legs. I want tree trunks. I want the rest of my weight to come from my legs. I do reps of 12-15 to get a good workout and so I dont get too bulked up on top. I lift 6 reps of heavy heavy on my legs though. I just look at the pics of some of the members legs, and man I would give anything to have some like that. Any suggestions for me.
