hey fellas,
ive been taking vitaminshoppe brand creatine for a month now. its cheap, generic....but man o man has this shit done the trick for me. my pumps are soooo good. i did back and bis today and i felt like my arms were gonna explode. i could barely flex my bis because they were so voluminized. i reccomend this shit to everyone. i dont add sugar or dextrose, i dont take high dosages (1 serving a day). if you guys want a quality pure creatine go for this.

-p.s. this is not soliciting, im reccomending this cause its good.

I'm a sales person's dream...I won't buy generic supplements. They haven't done the research they just copycat the product. I tried Prolab creatine...but didn't work nearly as well as EAS Phosphagen. The HP was the shiznit for me.
