View Full Version : Is ALA/R-ALA really worth it?

Do you guys think these things are really worth the price? I've used both products pretty consistently and seen good results, but damn they are expensive. Whether you use them for liver protection or carb intake/fatloss, looking for bros input.

this might get moved to the supps forum, but i think r-ala is worth it. There are numerous places on the net to pick some up cheap.

if you can afford to take igh dosages it is beyond worth it.... tema it up with CLA and biotin as well.
