swolegenix question

I've been looking into doing the swolegenix program and have no reason to doubt swolecat's abilities, as he's obviously very good at this shit, but I was just curious if anyone has tried it and how it is and how successful they were at it.......

Bump for swole, I havent tried his diet but have looked at the fundamentals of it and will say that it is solid.

I ran swognx and now i am on the swoled up program, I have had nothing but great results!
