i just got mine today and they look exactly like that as real as real can be buddy

No, don't worry, those are not fake. They are too cheap, it won't be smart to make fake ones :D
They are pretty low quality tho. Various tests show that they often contain as low as 3.5 mg of active substance (instead of 5).
The only way to avoid that is to buy Thailand a*bol. Which is a bit more expensive but is considered much higher quality.
