Hey guys:

Since I'm back to the boards I figured I would trow up my most recent pic.

This was taken about 3 months after the 1st cycle I ever did. I have always had good results natural (220 natural best) before I entered the dark side. :dg:

I am 6' 1" and after my first I was about 235-240. :lift: I am currently around the 225 area. :?:

I have my 2nd cycle already planned out and I am just waiting on my supplies.

And yes that is a tattoo of a Rosary around my neck. :D

I'm just gona keep it simple and run a Test Cypionate, EQ cycle for 10weeks.

Not looking for massive size here... I just want some "help" if you know what I'm saying.

15lbs of lost its a lot!!! how much did you gain from that cycle? btw nice thickness

Most was water weight due to the D-bol. I guess you can say I kept around 5-7lbs of quality muscle when it was all said and done.

I just stepped on the scale yesterday at 227lb.

I will be starting number 2 quite soon (with in a month) with quality muscle in mind.

Ill keep you guys posted on my progress.

Looking good. Nice thickness and symetry. Nothing looks out of proportion. I would have to do a ton of AAS just to get to your natural 220 lbs. Genetics are a bitch!
