hmmmm .... suggestions??? I guess it is about time to mix up my back workout. Typically I do pull downs, seated rows, and a machine row.
Maybe one arm dumbell rows? What else?????? :unsure:

Seated rows don't do much. Do barbell bent rows, wide grip and narrow reverse grip. Shrugs. You could also try deadlifts but they take a lot out of you and you need a lot of time to recover which effects other lifts.

I assume you mean one week of dieting?
I wouldn't leave out back extensions, good mornings, and DL's.
Try different handles and grips on pulldowns and seated rows, might even be a couple machines u might want to give a shot.

single best back workout, wide grip chins. lots of em.
