day 1

meal 1

16 eggwhites
1 cup oatmeal
greens+ with flax oil

meal 2

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 yam

meal 3

8oz chicken breast
3 plain rice cakes

meal 4

16 eggwhites
3 rice cakes

meal 5

7oz fish (sole)
1 cup oatmeal

meal 6

60gr protein shake with flax oil

day2

meal 1

16 egg whites
6 tblspn of cream of wheat
greens + flax oil

meal 2

60 grm protein shake
1/2 yam

meal 3

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 yam

meal 4

16 egg whites
3 rice cakes

meal 5

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 yam

meal 6

60grm protein shake/ flax oil


day 3

meal 1

Yeah u got a really good base to work of of, work on the abs, u got that thick look goin but overall u look really good......
