Yo Bobbo,

In NJ here too...where you at? You are looking great and what a transformation.

But who am I to say...LOL!

Hey,

Thanks for the compliments!!!

I had major surgery (Brain) 28 months ago. I had seizures for 35 years. At 10 months old I began convulsing throughout the night, which formed scar tissue on the Left Temporal Lobe of my Brain and I began taking meds. The dosages of meds were increased over the
years. At age 35 I had Brain Surgery. My surgeon removed the scar tissue and I have not had a seizure since. It's been over 28 months now. My meds were drastically reduced. I have tons more energy and am no longer sleepy all the time. It's like living a different life. Now that I have more energy I'm determined to stick with it.

I began loosing some weight 6 months after surgery. But 11 months ago was when I really began working out. Lost more fat and gained mass.

I just went to my dr. 3 days ago and he told me I'm a Success Story!! Made my day.

Hey everybody,

Thanks for all the compliments.

Hey Thickmass,

Thanks for the compliment on my legs. I thought maybe they were lagging.

Hey Indurance,

That's what I call it, "My 2nd Life."

wow...u gotta give us yr secrets lol

Hey Kcck,

The secret is Brain Surgery. I told my surgeon I want to think (Workout
- Free-Weights). :) He programed my brain to think that after surgery. :)

Actually, I craved sweets pre-surgery and hated 90% of veggies. Post-surgery
sweets no longer do anything for me and I love 99% of veggies. I told my surgeon
and he told me he's had reports in the past from patients who had their temporal
lobe operated on had a change in their taste buds, at least it was for the better :).

Any body have any suggestions on how to improve on shoulders?

Thanks,

Bobbo
