hey.. got some new bicep pics in was wondering what you thought. my stats:

17 years old
6'0"
216lbs
11% body fat
18" biceps (almost)
Bench = 360lbs

o'yea.. Shane, aka TheGame187 on here.. yea, well - he IS currently on steriods and is around 5'10 about 220lbs. he is a cool person but the dude lies way too much. he isn't 6'0" and no where near 235lbs. lol - sad bro.

anyways, i haven't done any cycles and seriously doubt i ever will. the "bicep" pics are new - the back & ab pics are old. i'll take more soon as i can. :lift:

amazing for an 17 year old, although the arms dont look 18 inches i will assume ur measurements are corect ! but we need to see better pics man, like chest entire back, wheels ! and as for thegame, well thats up to him whether he wished to be honest or not !

alright. i'll get started with the pics. its just, my cam sucks ass and its hard to take pics. i need to get some pics of my Traps because they are pretty huge. give me about 4mths. i'm keeping my carbs around 20 - 50g a day.. and i'm starting my cardio back. i need to shed 3% more body fat before i start concentrating on putting major mass on.

well, rite now i'm tring to chizzle out my 4 pak. but i'd like to have around 20" biceps with a 49" chest pressing around 455lbs before i turn 20. i'm not tring to become a body builder.. just keeping in shape.

looks like u work hard, wat's yr cuttign diet like?

for cutting.. i've never really been on a cutting diet. but when i'm working on weight lose - i guess thats cutting.. i just keep my carbs low - protein high for a few weeks. then i gradually increase carbs and lower fats. still keeping my protein intake high. training hard and getting enough sleep.

u want 20 inch guns and u r not interested in bodybuilding? 455lbs is a huge press as well. are you talking raw or with a shirt? anyway good luck. lord knows id need it to reach those goals.

i don't know man, 20" guns are a pretty big. i know guys with 20 1/2" arms that are doing 300lbs over head tricept extentions that can't do 455lbs bench
