ok finally got pics on, um stats are im 5,9, 235, dont know my BF, i have 18 inche armes, 34 waist and thats about all ive measured. have a good diet, and am tryin to gain some positive weight, and not much more BF. i currently take 9 hydroxycut a day, 9ccs of 1test, 1 pack of animal stak, 10 gms ofcreatine, from 250-350 grams of protein a day, not sure of carbs, or fats, low on fats though. any ideas on gettin the guns bigger, or anything else? thanks fellas

it looks like you have some good natural size. i'd just try slimming down a little to bring out some detail. after your done bulking of course. keep at it.AD

Yah i agree you have some big size under there. Soon as your done bulking shred it up. I would break it down about 10 percent bodyfat and see where you at. Then you can bulk again but the next time it should not be as hard to tear off the fat. If you get pretty lean then bulk but eat clean while bulking you should not get as much fat on you. Your looking good with size so keep up on it and think about cutting.
