here's my pic, I've cleaned up my diet (started at 285, down to 265) im 6'0. Going to continue with my diet and cardio, plan on starting gear Feb. 1st. Any comments on what to hit the hardest(weak points), besides wieght loss. Hope to be about 245 in feb. My stats are 18" arms, 24" legs, 19" calves.

Once you drop the weight and gear up... you'll look 1000x better. Good luck! Good job on the weight loss bro so far.

Wk 1-10
1.5cc T400
Wk 1-8
Deca 500mg/wk
Wk 11-12

With proper diet and training, you'll put on easily 25+ lbs... make sure you have nolva or arimidex on hand in case of gyno and take milk thistle with the dbol.
Is this your first cycle?

Bro, congrats on the weight loss! Continue doing whatever you are doing, and good luck with the cycle. The cycle looks well thought out and great. Make sure to be ready for a little sting with the T400...but with your size and tats, im sure it's nothing a big guy like you can't handle.:D
Tear it up bro...Like the goat.

Keep in mind you are going to do a bulking cycle... so you will put on a body fat and water weight when cycling. Don't let that discourage you.

You have a solid base there bud....keep that diet strong..and do it for yourself and don't cheat...
Hit the gear...train hard and you are on your way.
you asked for some advice on weak points you have solid quads..and shoulders...back i can see popping out there as soon as you tighten in that waist line it would look great..maybe some calves and chest..yeah..work on those a little...but really ..as soon as you get ripped it will look great..
best of luck.

well i think his calves look good, and they measure 19"!, mine is 18" and they look great, and my bf is Aproximatly 25%.
lower chest is good, its the upper chest that needs attendance. start with upper chest in you're training routine then it should come.
Im impressed that you have lost so much fat, i know hard it is the to keep up a strict diet, keep up the good work, im sure that you will do fine, afterall you have already done good job! :afro:

wow bro, what a solid foundation. you have a wide waist line, so try and trim it down as much as possible, work on a wide lat spread, this will give the illusion of a smaller waist line, and also massive quads help too. :D
