Here are my pictures after 1 year of training with 2 dbol/sust/deca cycles
and a 3 month low carb dieting/cardio cycle with ECA/Clen.
Mid 30s, currently 6' tall 195 pounds.

Please tell me honestly:
(1) what body parts I need to work on most
(2) estimate my BF %

The sword pic is last summer when I weighed 170 pounds.

shoulder are nice. bis and back (V) need i bit more size. beside this you have done a nice job. :thumbsup:

I would think your next concern would be to add some overall thickness. You appear to have one of the problems I have - that being that you look quite large from the front and back (big shoulders will do that for ya) but have that perception of size ripped out from under you when you are angled in any way. That gets me in a BIG way, and it appears you have a little bit of the same "syndrome"...thickness is the answer...try a powerlifting routine, institute some olympic lifts in your training, etc, etc.

I agree about my V taper.. I'm trying to lose an inch or two off my waist right now by doing a cyclical ketogenic diet. I have stubborn abs fat, especially lower abs. :frus: When I try to lose that last bit, I know I'm losing muscle in the rest of my body.. So I'm trying a CKD diet (see below).

Also for V taper I want to get my lats bigger too. What else can I do besides chins and wide grip chins for lats? I don't really like lat pull down.. but maybe I should do these too, and heavy? :unsure:

Also, will work on thickness as suggested. I'm bummed I can't do deadlifts for a while 'cuz I hurt my back doing them a few months ago. That always added thickness to my lower back. I'm going to concentrate on heavier weight, lower reps for back and chest. Thanks for that suggestion (forgot who said that.)

Yes, my biceps are slow gainers, which pisses me off.. I think I may have been overtraining them because for a long time I've been doing chest/bi's twice a week (and by the time I do back also which hits the bis, I don't know if they've had time to rest/grow.) I'm also going to do only 1 body part per week now, and only 15 sets instead of 20 (except legs which I'll still do 20-25.. gawd my legs are sore today!), and make them all heavier sets after warm up.

Here's my routine:
Mon: Chest Tue: Back/Traps Wed: Delts
Thur: Abs/Cardio Fri: Superset arms/deplete chest and back Sat: Abs/Cardio Sun: Legs

New Diet:
M-F: all fat and protein, no carbs, about 2500-2700 calories
Sat: High carbs, about 5500 calories
Sun: High carbs, about 4000 calories

After trying this diet for 2 months, I may use it with my next cycle, but will bulk by increasing the calories:
Next cycle: 12 weeks long
Tren, equipoise, winny, and test prop. :) I can't wait for this cycle!!

Does everyone think I'm at about 10-12% BF?
