Alevok, how much do you run and how long have you been running it? I've been doing a lot of reading up on it and was wondering how it has been working for people who use it. I know, from reading your past posts you done other cycles, how does this one compair?

I did 5 months 4iu/d. Gh allows you to eat everything and not gain fat, meantime it develops new muscle cell but w/ a combination of lt-3 insulin, test and anabolic steroids. It keeps me in good shape no matter how awful I eat.
Damn bros I was not around for a while and AR changed its format which I did not like it, it is not user friendly as it used to be, had hard time to attach a photo and why I am back to "member"

Did you eat clean as possible or did it not even matter? I'm approaching 40 fast and might give it a go further down the road. I am 4 days away from completing a 5 month 4iu/d cycle. All the way along I ate whatever I wanted but never failed to consume 250-300gr of protein/d. It is amazing that Gh allows you to consume higher calories while improving your vascularity. I love that stuff. I made few mistakes down the road now I learned from my bads so my next Gh cycle will be more usefull to me.

Your looking great like usual. I would agree with some of the others i would love to get to that physical condition. I wonder what would happen to you if you did actually clean up your diet on your next cycle. I bet you would get ripped to shreads. It may even be a bit scarry. Think about it. No matter what thou you look awesome. Keep up the hard training and working out.

I have underdeveloped traps eventhough I do shrugs with 395lb!

Try heavy deadlifts. My traps would never grow with shrugs but as soon as i hit the 500 mark with deads they blew up. I don't do shrugs anymore.

Do you think 22 iu of slin a day is to much? cause I read somewhere that it should be your bodyweight divided by 10 for the iu dose. And how much GH should you run at 200 lbs?

Im not Alevok,...... but i think they might be viens,..... i get them when my b/f % .drops low too..... and hey Alevok,...... your traps dont looks that small at all,....... the pics are not really flexing (other than the first one).. and that mucsle group isnt easy to see with your hair sorta in front of them...(traps)..... besides i`ve seen your back pic ......and from that pic ...i didnt notice anything at all SMALL.... . once again ..great job .. Need to widen the shoulders, because your chest over powers it so much. But im geussing you are pretty tall 6'2+, so much more difficult than someone my size at 5'10.

Bro when I tried 20iu I almost passed out, it gave me sudden shaky hands and starvation for carb.
I am not an insulin expert but I am 230lb at 6'3'' and 12 iu worked great for me. From what I read and heard someone at 200lb has to use at least 4iu for min 90 days. some people take 4iu in the morning 4iu before bed. Since I can not afford that much of Gh I did 4iu for 150days and happy with results now.
those small bumps are fat deposits and have nothing to do with my AS use, I had them way before I started BB. I had some bigger ones removed. Some people (mostly guys) get them and it is heriditary(spelled wrong I guess) my brother has them too, they do not hurt you but **** up the look. when injecting gh you get small bumps but they go away in an our, no big deal.
Golden Floyd, IMO you can start taking GH if you are 25 or older but it works with the combo of t-3, test, AS and you better have some previous experience with test and the others.
I ran lt-3 for only 3 weeks of 25mcg/d. I had bad experience with lt-3 with a higher dose last year so I only took 25mcg, thats all. I ran a 8 week of 400mg primo and 300mg propionate

I was curious as to what kind of GH you were taking. You are in Europe somewhere, correct? Have you heard anything about Somajects from Eurotech? They are supposedly from Germany. Just wandering what you have heard about it. I can get Serostim from the pharmacy here in the states, so i will probably use that next time just to insure legitimacy, but I was wondering about the Eurotech product. Any info you have would be appreciated.

What kind of slin were you using? If you are getting shaky, light-headed, etc, you need to be ingesting more carbs after your shot. You should be able to do fine taking 20+iu/day of the slin as long as you are taking in enough carbs, and the slin shots are spaced far enough appart. When you were doing two shots of slin/day, how long did you wait between the first and the second shot? Did you take your GH all at once, or did you split it up. Thanks bro.

those fat deposits called Nippon and have to be removed surgically. They drive you crazy, once I was so close to cut myself and take that ****er out of me. In Turkey this kind of operations do not cost as much as in the US.

I did not taper down t-3 since I sticked to 1 tab/d for 21 days. I can not tell the difference, probably hepled a little, for entire 5months I ate everything and stayed somewhat lean. I observed that people who stopped taking GH got leaner a month later.

I did insulin at the fifth month of my GH cycle, I wish I started earlier, learning from mistakes. I injected insulin and GH in the morning at the same time after breakfast. I make sure I got food around me in case of hunger attacks.

I did norditropin(GH) by nova nordisk and actrapid(insulin) by nova nordisk. They say it is important that gh and insulin both made by the same manufacturer. I did one 4iu shot Gh e/d in the morning and a single insulin shot 12iu e/d.

Your chest is looking full as hell. And you're so goddamn lean! Great progress bro. Gh must be cheaper in Istanbul...around here, I can get it but the cost is too much to consider at this point. I'll stick with AS only for a while until my gains stop. Question- how many AS only cycles did you run before deciding to do Gh? How much did you actually gain while on the gh cycle? Obviously, you lost BF and added muscle simultaneously, but give me an idea of your results.
