I am 6'0 : 200lbs, i have been cutting down for the last 2 weeks. i lost ten pounds. I want to build up but stay lean. i am looking into a Fina/Winny Cycle what do you think?

Dude,

Im at 6ft 200lbs and want to get bigger. If I were you I would try and bulk up some more to around 210-220. But we all have different goals...loooking awesome though. Keep it up.

that cycle will definitely help with the lean mass. just watch what you eat and you hould do very well.AD
