I'll be taking my last shot of my 2nd bulk cycle tonight... So my gains were around 20 lbs but I stayed very clean with the diet so I think it was mostly muscle weight added. Here are a few pics taken tonight, cold... (I've got a ways to go before my first show next year)

Shredded man, congatulations on the successful cycle! Please show us some post-cycle pics so we can get an idea of how much you keep.
The only negatives I see - you're triceps should appear more sizeable then your biceps, by at least a quarter I believe... take a look at your tri shot and the ratio appears 1-1 to me. Just size to the triceps, but it could always just be the angle of the shot.
Also, the forearms. More size would look a bit more proportional.
Everything looks exceptional, just two small tips in my opinion. Great job man, you have a lot to be proud of.

Yeah. I RARELY compliment threads with pics and probably wouldnt have on this but you said the pics were taken cold. The DELTS are what caught my attention. Nice, especially since you didnt take the pics RIGHT after a workout. Im sure you blow up during a workout.

I hate you bro! Hate you! (nothing personal) You look awesome! AWESOME! How did you stay so lean during your bulking cycle? Even though I haven't started my cycle yet, I have been eating and trying to gain but I end up with more around the waste than anything.
Great job bro! And I guess I don't hate you, it's jealousy! (&#)(*&#)^%@)(&*!

I just eat 7 meals a day, shakes and clean bb foods (but I rarely cheat and I never miss meals)...here's a typical day from the last 3 months while I bulked...
(cut & pasted from another thread...I'm too lazy to type this out again.)
Meal 1:7:30am
10 egg whites w/ 1 yolk scrambled w/ fat free cheese mixed in
1 scoop prolab whey isolate w/ 5 g. glutamine
1 cup oatmeal w/ 1 banana
1 slice rye bread
2 slices turkey bacon
water
Meal 2: 10am
1 Lean Mass Matrix Shake
2 slices rye bread
Meal 3: 1pm
2 chicken breasts
2 Yams
1 cup broccoli
1 Tablespoon nat. PB
water
Meal 4: 3:30pm
Same as Meal 2
Meal 5: 6:30pm
Post Workout Shake (Nlarge2 w/ 10 g. glutamine)
Meal 6: 7:30pm
2 chicken breasts
1 cup brown rice
1 cup lima beans
1 Tablespoon nat. PB
maybe a little low sugar/non fat chocolate ice cream (got to have the sweets when I'm bulking!)
water
Meal 7: 10pm
2 scoops prolab whey isolate protein w/ 5 g. glutamine
1 slice rye bread
And I sip water all day long and take a multivitamin/mineral. This diet gives me about 450 grams protein, 500 grams carbs, and 60 grams fat....roughly 4,500 calories.

Dosen't seem like enough carbs or fats for bulking... But you look great...
I'd say more of a lean gain than a bulk... it's common to gain 1/2 lb of fat with each 1lb of muscle... sometimes even 1:1...
Still good job gaining lean body mass... I at least hope for the same... My diet has sucked as far as not getting enough cals to grow properly and I'm in week 8... I'm going to make the most of it here at the end.
good job

holy shit man....the fact that you just finished a "bulking" cycle makes me want 2 pack up my atomix's and get into the fast food industry were my fat ass belongs hahaha. your shoulders are wildy ripped.. its incredible. wheels are coming along nicely, arms, chest, everything is looking fuller, that 20 lbs was definately evenly distributed..everything bigger, better, yet still beautifully symmetrical.
DISCLAIMER: hte above line was said with total heterosexual intentions
out of curiosity, were do you want 2 be? in a years time, or even ultimately, how big do you want 2 get? i feel like an idiot being a kid, telling you this, but (haha...) "youve got potential", pardon the cliche, but damn bro....your on your way 2 becoming an absolute freak man...and im lovin watching you get there.
very inspiring bro.
keep it up.

You're funny as shit bro. Thanks for the feedback. I definitely thickened up and added size while on that sust...then hardened up and added vascularity with the winny/primo combo at the end. That winny/primo is gonna be my stack pre contest...I've never had so many veins appearing before, it's great. And thanks for the symmetrical comment...I feel my legs could be bigger though (they're catching up...I had big strength gains this past cycle in them). But my calves are terrible though. Arms are about 18" while calves are 16 1/2"! I work them hard but at the end of leg day. I'm really gonna start focusing on bringing them up more so than anything else for the next 6 months. In the next year and ultimately, I want to get as big as possible. If I could be 240-250 and 8% BF with a small waist, I'd be real happy. This is many smaller goals away though. My goal for doing a contest next year is motivation to keep me pushing it hard. I'd be happy if I could come in at 230 ripped contest time. I've got my next cycle ready when the time comes. Another bulker...cyp, prop, and eq. I may add that winny/primo at the end again and harden up for that contest. Can't wait!

looks ****ing awesome, nice job. I envy your dedication, one thing however, your neck is sort of out of proportion to the rest of your body, I notice this in some bb'ers, do you just not want a big neck? I always thought that id want a bull neck if I was big like that (well i am, but with about 10% more bodyfat).

Thanks Dam. But, I wanna add some more size before I do a show. For the next 6 months, I'm going to be bulking, training hard and focusing on weak points like calves. I'm sticking them first in my workouts, twice a week, to bring them up. In February, I should be ready to start dieting for a contest.

I don't know about that, but thanks for the confidence booster...I guess I would have to compete in the heavies, being over 198, and competition can get pretty fierce in that class depending on the show. Dam, after seeing the Bodyrock show this year, you're right, it would be a good one to do, unless I want to make the finals. I'll just have to pack on more size if I wanna place! Did you see the heavyweights?

I forgot to respond to this...my neck is actually proportionate, I think. Maybe it's the pics but I wear an 18" collar and measure out at 17 1/2" not flexed. Aren't your arms, neck and calf measurements supposed to be close? My neck measures 18" flexed, arms 18" cold and calves 16 1/2", so my problem is calves. I'd love to have a bigger neck, along with a bigger everything, but I also want to keep it in proportion to my arms and calves.
