hey all, new guy here. great board, very knowledgeable members with bad ass physiques to back it up.
i am 27 years old, 6'5" currently 215 @ 8% and maintaining that until mid sept when i start my bulk. plan on bulking up to 230-235 for the fall/winter
been training naturally all my life, started when i was 20 years old.
my trouble spots.... definitley legs, the wheels suck! lower back also sucks.
what else should i strive to improve on?

As Im reading your thing all I saw was the first picture and I was thinking there is no way this guy is 215 @ 8%....THEN I scrolled down and was like "Oh..."
IMO
Damn Good- Shoulders, Bi/Tri, Chest, Abs/Oblique
Needs Work - LEGS, Missing that V-Taper on back, missing size on traps, could add some mass to lower And upper back (looks like you got mostly cuts from Low BF)

Your upper body looks great from the front bro. Mid section is tight! Back needs work, as you mentioned. Needs thickness & width all over. What exercises are you doing for upper/lower back and how often? Also, keep hitting legs hard every week and they'll catch up...I have the same problem.

I think you look great. I know how hard it is to put size on at 6'5'. I am 6'3" and it takes longer for us than someone who is 5'8". You and I both need alot of size on our legs. Good luck

My suggestions in bold....
typical back w/o..... (i plan to add hyper-extensions)
Back
Warmup - Chins (Add another set and do all 3 to failure)
BW x 15 (warmup)
BW x 15 (warmup)
DeadLift
135 x 20
225 x 12
275 x 8
315 x 6 (It's good that you're prioritizing and doing this near the beginning of your workout but you need to slap some more weight on that bitch! I do 315 on stiff legged deads!... you look like you could work up to around 455 for 6 on your last set)
315 x 6
T-Bar Rows
70 x 20 (you don't need 20 reps here, you're already warmed up...hit it hard @ 10,8,7 and up the weight!)
90 x 15
115 x 10 DropSet - 135\90\45 x 8\6\6
Under-Hand Pulldown
120 x 12
130 x 12
140 x 10
DB Pullovers
90 x 15
100 x 12
110 x 10
other exercises i will cycle in and out...
db rows (great exercise...use it often)
bb rows (this is the meat and potatoes exercise for thickness...I use it almost every workout)

Since lowerback is a problem area, i would do a giant set of Deadlifts, Good Mornings, and then back extensions. 2 of those giant sets should really fry the lower back.
I would do something similar in the way of giant sets for legs also, an example might be like squats, leg press, leg extension (drop set the Leg extension). The combinations are really endless, but thats just a couple of ideas.
Lats could use some work also, but overall your physique is very impressive for being 6'5.

Are your pullups wide grip? If they arent, then spread your hand WIDE, to the end of the bent pull up bar, and watch those wings develop in no time! :lift: I think someone here on AR once said to try doing 6 sets of 6...It was a real power builder for me...Also if you can do sets of 15 on BW pullups get one of those belts where you can hang weight and do like 3 sets of 8-10...
Also wide grip pulldowns is a great exercise for developing that V-taper!!

Looking good bro, I agree your arms are frigging huge and sliced. A little work on the back and I think you will have the total package.
Popinout unless you are a chick I would say that's a little uncalled for.

Even if it is a chick it's still uncalled for.
