Here's a pic just to show you how much mass I've been putting on this summer! Remember, this is an off-season shot. Funny thing happened when I took my shirt off at the pool all the little kids in the pool started crying--I guess they thought I was some type of monster! ahhahahahah I love it!!

i wish i was that small! you are freakin huge! i think if i was in the pool i would start crying too. how big are your arms? you look good and laaarrrrggee! in my humble opinion are your wheels lacking or is it just the picture?

Well, yes and no. I mean, you take away the bis, tris, lats, chest, quads, calves and I guess the forearms as well, and we're not exactly looking at a great all around package. Then, if we were to go a step further and take the delts out of the equation, it really isn't that impressive at all. Badguy's what I like to call a "Ten Bodypart Guy"...he relies on having ten great bodyparts (biceps, triceps, delts, lats, traps, quads, hams, forearms, glutes and abs) to make it "look" as though he's a big guy. Shame on you all for falling for this classic illusion.

Maximus my target bodyweight is 280! Its hard as hell to eat!!
I target at least one buffet a day. Either a chinese or OldCountryBuffet. If its OldCountry I will have at least 15 chicken breasts or 6 plates of fish. Of course I will also down 10 corn bread muffins with a pitcher of Ice Tea.

After reading about his Baskin Robbins escapade, I'm pretty sure the kids were crying because there can't be anything worse than being a ten year old by the pool, waiting all day for that familiar jingle of the ice cream man from afar, but knowing the whole while that when he does finally arrive, there aren't going to be any "choco tacos" in your future cuz some beast by the pool is going to need his 3:00 meal! Hell, that'd make me cry. :crying:

Funny comment made about the gorillas--You know I was at the Detroit Zoo last week and I did see the female gorilla licking her chops at me. Hmmmm--maybe it was the banana I was eating. :p

Answer of questions:

My weight in picture around 257.

1)
A) Barbell Curls--4 sets --the last set I take down to barbell with only 10lbs on and perform 50 slow reps!!! I love it!!!
B) Barbell Preacher Curls--I NEVER see people perform these anymore--Use large Olympic barbell 4 sets
C) Incline Dumbbell Curls--Let the dumbbells stretch your arms all the way down to floor---4 sets

2) 22 inch arms

3) Bulking diet--Get ready!! This is my typical eating(bulking program)Please be advised you may want to have your children step out of room--when reading this:

9 AM--McDonalds--4 $1 egg rollups
1 egg mcmuffin
1 hotcake no sausage

12 Noon---buffet--usually OldCountryBuffet or Chinese--$6
if Chinese--1 big plate of rice
4 very big plates of chicken stir-fry(usually I pick out the veggies--I do like the water crests!
1 plate of sweet and sour chicken
6 Almond Cookies
1 fortune cookie--hey need my fortune!

4 PM---Rallys/Burger King / McDonalds---5 doublecheese burgers--$5
1 small fries
2 apple pies

8 PM---Dominos Lg Pizza--pineapple and green pepper--$7 (I order everyday so they give me special)

9 PM--before I go bounce---two tuna sandwiches with Quick Choc. Milk
four granola bars made by Sunbelt--4 for a buck--can't beat that!!

If I don't bounce I will have 1 quart of baskin robbins ice cream at 12:30

If I do bounce--the cooks at the bar make me 3 big Turkey and Chedder sandwiches and I eat at 3 AM

THERE YOU HAVE IT!!

your huge, no doubt, but you sound like one of the unhealthiest people i've heard of. your cholestrol must be through the roof. all the saturated and trans-fat in the foods you eat, i would have a stroke.

best of luck getting to 280 and i hope you go pro, to put your body through so much stress, i'd say you deserve it, your more than big enough.

just curious, are these compounds used year round for the most part:
1.) synthol
2.) gh
3.) insulin

to keep my metabolism high and get all de cals for bulking, i usually go with a diet like that... crappy food, a lot!!! but compare to your diet, the quantity are around 40 or 50%... those 5 double cheeseburgers make me want to throw out!!! :lol:

Cholesterol is at 185. Healthy as can be! Just had blood work done couple of weeks ago. Just hired somebody to tie my shoes so everything is beautiful now :p

You're a huge monster. Don't be surprised if you diet down for a contest and lose 40 plus pounds. You should be eating cleaner if you want to stay large. BUT, I'm sure your aware of this already

thats ****in crazy man....i was thinking about starting a dirty bulking diet myself but i think im definitly convinced now. My metabolism is super quick so i shouldnt put on much fat.....dosnt look like u have put on much either.

Cheers mate. What's your next cycle going to look like? Those biceps peaks are unreal. How many spot injections did you have to do to achieve those? It's funny to hear another man talk about his trips to the buffets and the like. I'm 286lbs and like nothing more than a good bulking cycle! Keep up the good work and dedication. Take care.
