I guess I should introduce myself before I post any more. Some of you might know me as the guy who was recently scammed for the second time. I'm 39 (hence the name) with a wife and 2 kids. I've been lifting since I was in my mid twenties. I look forward to posting stuff other than my experiences with scammers.

welcome two words of advice now that you have loaded up on the AR board "search button" don't fill singled out this should be a sticky to every newbie member for at least 2 months. it should just popl up on their screen......however welcome take care of that scamming thing and be patient.
