Maybe a remailer of I P products or even a counterfit
I've never seen that label on a I P product before...
Very poor quality labeling...

I don't even like I P at all, but will say that the vials
that come right from him are very professional looking...

I have some empty vials still laying around and could always put a pic or two up for you to compare...

If I had to guess that probably came from one of his shipments to a remailer in a big container and was relabeled for sale with the remailers labels, that as I
said look like ****...
