:lift: First off I would like to kiss some butt by saying that the site is perfect and there is alot of great info that I as well as alot of other people are very greatfull of so thanks alot! Next off I am new to the game and don't know as much as I need yet so please bare with me. I have been reading alot of books though and I am reading alot on the net so I can hopefully not make an idiot of myself. I am reading Joe Weiders "Ultimate Bodybuilding" right now maybe someone has read it? It is very informative so far, as far as bodybuilding goes.
