Yogurt, Mint And Lime Marinade

Ingredients:
1 pt natural organic yoghurt
2 handful fresh mint, chopped
2 limes, zested, and, juiced
1 tbsp coriander seeds, crushed
salt, and, freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Mix together the ingredients and smear over your chosen meat before leaving it to marinate.
