Good work. Don't hold your arms back so much when posing. They shoud be straight out or a little forward to bring out the lats and get some depth in the pecs.

That pic was from my last shoot. My arms are a bit bigger now :) , and I'll have those pics sometime around mid December when everyone else is "bulking" and retaining water like mad, lol.......

Knee rehab will have you flip-flop seasons for sure. Lookin' forward to seeing you @ my board........
