Sure
Workout 4 times per week
1)Chest,Biceps
2)Shoulders, tris
3)Back,abs
4)Legs

Taking in about 260/270g of protein a day in 4 meals and 3 protein shakes (am replacing the protein shakes with mass gainer for the extra cals)

Your now about where I started when I started this cycle... up to 180's now... not much to say... you are a work in process and still have some more to go just like I do. I am not sure my picture can complete with these other 200+ pounders either but I hope by the time I get to 200 lbs I'll be more happy with how I look in pictures. Is it just me but do we really look better in person or in the mirror then in pictures? I think the camera takes 10 lbs off everyone, unless you are fat, then it adds 10 lbs, especially the flash on camera hides the shadows of your muscle shapes from overhead lighting, etc.

nice anterior development, try hitting some decline flys to bust out that lower chest area, your upper looks great.
