Im not looking to lose wieght i just want to tone up a little before spring break would you say 2 miles every other day would be too much. Would i lose much weight?

NO its not to much..But to tone up you have to do a little weight training as cardio is what it says it is cardio-vascular heart and lungs...

alright, thanks yeah i have been also training for about a year now but i have been bulking this winter and gained some good weight but also a little fat in the stomach and i would like to get rid of it before the summer.

The more muscle you get the more fat you will burn up.....

Lake Havasu is supposed to be bumpin durin spring break as well, hit up something hard and have fun.

Hit the treadmill 3X a week at 30 minutes, but if you dont keep a clean diet, it wont matter that much. GL.

Yeah some of my buddies and i are thinking about going to cancun this year for spring break so i definately have to get somewhat of a sixpack showing before then.
