O and also a product called legal gear methy 1 -test i have been reasearching them both for about a week anyone use eather of these

I used 1-tu, I didnt gain squat. two bottles and notta. i liked BSN testabolin aq the best. i did gain an average of 5 lbs with it

I got good strength results from it, better than all the other ones I tried, but after using it once, that was it.

Gained about 4-6lbs but also could have been the placebo effect. Nutrex is a good company though.
