kidney protection

i am going to start a fina cycle soon and want to protect my kidneys as much as possible. are there any supplements that i can take for this. also i have heard of some guys drinking cranberry juice also. is that something i should do as well.

cranberry juice has ****loads of sugar. Take the cran extract in pill form.

Always, Always keep yourself hydrated, You will never over work your kidneys, you can only underwork them... Along with cranberry, keep drinking fluids, water especially...
