anyone know why whey protein shakes bloat you? I know some are worse than others, but they all do it to some degree.

anyone know why whey protein shakes bloat you? I know some are worse than others, but they all do it to some degree.

Never heard of bloat form whey but alot of them have lactase and digestive enzymes to help it get broken down and absorbed easier. If yours doesn't have those that could be what's giving the bloat.
