You broke it? How?
The spec is 220lbs on cable,500lbs on rack and 800lbs max on the bench.
It is a free weight power station you have to make your own weights up as there is no stack thats what i like about it.It has a year gurantee with it so I guess if I do manage to break it I,m covered. It is only £400 as well so it is reasonably priced.

Oh I forgot I have a bench but I need to change it as I am on the maximum weight allowed and its getting a bit shakey!! It only has 50kg/110lbs on lat pull down which is pretty low and I need a new one.I have around 200kg of free weights so I,m OK there.

I am gonna buy a cage ( power rack) you can do whatever you want into them, Squats, bench press, military press etc etc, You even have a chin bar so its great.
I plan to buy a bench that i can incline ( to do bench press, incline and military), a type of pulldown machine, and lots of free weights.
I am gonna hit the basic exercices hard.
And its gonna cost about the same thing.

Hey Edraven:
tell me about this power rack....where to get it or see one so I can build it (I'm a welder....can build my own benches, etc).
Thanks in advance,

I already have a BodySolid power rack/cage.
I just need a good strong bench that I can really dump the weight on without it falling apart. The York bench I have now has served me well and I,ve had it 6 years and neevr had a prob with it so I may just order the York 3000
DDF I,ll take the dimensions off mine and a drawing and I,ll post them;)
