One distinct difference I can see is the "font" size of YOUR gear is much bolder than the real gear? If your uncle works in the Hospital, have it tested? May be worth busting an amp to have the peace of mind....

The label gives it away. Very fake. By the way... Why would you ask if they are real if your uncle gets them for test replacement therapy? He does not get them from the hospital anyway.
