low glycemic foods

I need help finding low glycemic foods, So if you could post the foods you know of that would be great. I know this is the supplement board but it seems i get more post here.

Why are you looking for this info? Most people don't realize that there is an Glycemic index and an Insulin Index, and they don't both correlate with eachother. You can do a quick search on the internet to find the difference between the two and you may even be able to find a list of low glycemic index foods and a list of low insulin index foods.
