Every morning:

4 tabs Nitrix (4 more right before work out or before lunch if not a lifting day)
4 tabs Optimum Nutrition Vanadyl Sulfate
2 Tabs Optimum Nutrition Tribulus
2 Tabs Optimum Nutrition Yohimbe 1111
1 Tab Biotin

What else do I need? I am trying to bulk.

You're trying to bulk? You need food and lots of it. Stop spending so much on fancy pills and go buy some lean beef, chicken, and tuna. Eating is a JOB when u bulk.

I would stick with the creatine and whey.

i agree with rp7....food is most important, as far as supplements, stick with protein,glutamine and a good multivitamin

couldn't agree more, i'm not saying supps won't help, but the only thing is truly gonna make you bigger is a lot of food and hard work. "Eating is a JOB when u bulk" is a great quote... force yourself to eat, just make sure you're eating clean, and not just a bunch of junk

I agree with most of what has been said, however I will add that Creatine, Protein, and a Multi are key and essential, I will also add that taking Biotin, R-ALA and Vanadyl Sulfate with your creatine is a good call, I personally dont take creatine without R-ALA and a ****load of simple carbs....Flax is also a good idea for those mid-day shakes(not post workout)..

And like everyone else I have to say that if you dont eat insane amounts of good foods, youre wasting your time and money, and if you arent and think you are making some gains, try eating twice as much and watch yourself grow...youll be shocked.

I have always believed that fat, even good fat like flax, is not need immediately after workout, the only thing need is whey and simple carbs...flax is good for the meal you eat an hour after your PWO shake...

None of those. Spend your money on food and a good multi-vitamin.

Timeout! Why is flax not good post-workout?

from what I've read Flax oil and other essential fatty acids are not good post workout or right before bed. Your body produces its own growth hormone at two key times during the day One is right after a hard workout and the other is while you are sleeping and I guess fatty acids will hinder the amount of Growth hormone your body produces.

Read that in a book, forget the name right now but will post it later.

flax and other efa's are not gd right before bed? fats hinder growth hormone production? is it true? any scientific info? cos i take flax with my shake right before bed...

I can only tell you that thats what was in the book bro, I don't have the science to back it. Ian King is supposed to know his **** though, the book was really good.

I used to take it with my shake right before bed to until I read that book.
