I am having some major trouble falling asleep lately and i have to get up at like 6:30 so im usually only gettin 4 or 5 hours of sleep. What can i use to help me get to sleep? Somethin i can use almost every night.
I heard something about gaba and melatonin.. anyone give me some info?

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by your pineal gland (located in the epithalamus of the brain). Its released once the retinas detected that its night time. Melatonin also does a variety of benefical things too.

GABA is one of the bodies several inhibitory neurotransmitters. To put it in simplest terms, it relaxes you. However, too much is dangerous.....

I suggest taking melatonin about 30min. before you go to sleep.

A good dosage is 300mcg's.

when im on ECA i just use OTC sleeping aids... i feel they work
