What are some good hardening agents? I know r-ala is good, but what about Vanadul Sulfate? What are some others that worked good for you?

Ok, by hardening agents I ment something that helps you muslces take up more glucose and less to your adipose tissue.

dont do the dbol.. i think steroids are to be used when you peak naturaly, not because you want to get bigger and cant wait for it..

R-ala makes your fat cells just as insulin sensitive as the muscle cells.
There is no nutrient partitioning effect.

i think that's great that you have the attitude you have now about aas. keep that frame of mind as long as you can and you'll be $$ in the end.
i used vanadyl years and years ago when it fuirst came out when i was 100% natural and it worked well for me. i just remember taking more than the recommended dosage though i think, but that's how i use to be back then.

I also used vanadyl with success with higher reps to make the fibers harder. You can do it!!

dbol isnt great for hardening anyway.... try the masteron by vpx, it may be a different name, but its the mastron ripoff...

methyl5aa is awesome for hardening and there are a few companies selling it for under $30. unlike $150 from vpxtremely expensive.
