I am looking for some kind of photo editing stuff, preferably free. I just want to edit photo for avatar. I have windows ME and all I have is kodak imaging and paint. I cannot figure out how to resize a photo with these or cut a section of the photo out for the avatar. Can someone tell me where I can download something of this sort to fit my needs. I prefer it is a download that someone has already proved to be legit.

Thanks,
STEAK

You could also use GIMP, it's a free open-source photoshop wannabe.

Photoshop is easy to find. Go to a warez and app site. Shoudn't take more then 5 minutes to find it.

lol to all you guys, I agree, photoshop is awesome. but it costs a LOT. GIMP is free and in your case will do everything that you want to do with it, just depends on what you want to pay for. (or not pay for, lol) Oh ya, bit torrent rules!

BTW, the reason to not use kazaa is because of spyware (K++ edition fixes that) and because the RIAA watches that network (but what does the RIAA not watch? ... IRC?)

PS: Peer Guardian (http://www.methlabs.org/methlabs.htm) is a very useful tool to help prevent the RIAA and many other organizations from connecting to your computer. It is certainly worth checking out!

Gimp is a great free photo tool.. It can do lots of the same as photoshop (not all) but both have their advantages.. GIMP is the way to go if you want free
