how to stack things

i have looked at alot of post and i still dont understand how to stack things i know you stack 1 ad and 4 ad together then use 6-oxo after that but do i take the 1 ad and 4 ad on the same days ? and if so how much 4 ad do i take im planning on taking 900 mg of 1ad a day so how much 4 ad do i need to take? please help

Stacking means your just taking seperate supplements together. Yes 1-ad and 4-ad should be taken on the same day and they both need to be taken everyday. The second question depends on the delivery method of the 4-ad, whether trandermal or oral.
