I train seriously for about 2 years now.And now , hit the gym about 4 times a week. I got a great trainer in T-Dog.
Although my job is very physical and works like a all day workout.
I hardly train arms in the gym.( dont hate me for that) but i guess thats from shoveling all day...
But I feel like a new person and its awesome to get copliments that i look good..I do bust my butt to get where i want to be and i will get there...

Great arms girl, and calves. Focus 100% on your diet and cardio and concentrate on your back to widen it and it will give the illusion of a smaller waist. You look great!!!!!

Hi everybody....Long time no see i know but im not embaressed anymore to post apic. I finally lost about 14 pounds. Im sticking to my diet . Thats the key !!! Definately. Not easy but for everybody who wants to kill those nasty pounds.... Stick to it.
Let me know what you think and if im ready to wear a bikini this summer... its good to be back...

thanks you all....That feedback is awesome....
To my diet:
Day 1 : 200gr. carbs
Day 2 : 150gr.
Day 3 : 75 gr
Day 4 : 50 gr.
And about times and a half gr. of protein per pound bodyweight.
Just about every 3 to 4 weeks i put in a cheat day were i was able to eat everything i wanted, but believe me , i got so sick i didnt wanted to cheat at all !!! lol.
exercised 4 to 5 times a week at least 30 min cardio. Beeing a landscaper , wich is very physical helped too. But the diet is the key !!! If you dont stick to it, dont even bother.... But when you see progress it keeps you fueled. Good luck to everyone..... :wg:

Lost a half an inch... still 13 1\2 but im mad about that myself... It burnes me up. But as soon as i get back into training seriously, ill be back up to at least 14 !!!
