I am 5'8, about 200 pounds. I have been seriously working out since I was 21 (I'm 28 now). Before that I played soccer, football, and ran track.

As for taco bell, I only get chicken soft tacos and bean burritos. Cheapest 50g of protien ever!

Well you have done a great job. Good thing you are sticking with the soft tacos and beans. I usually hit TB once a week for my Grilled Stuft Chicken...with NO Sauce..also get some bean burritos but have cut back on that recently.

Anyway, just keep working hard, and Eating GOOD and you will get even LARGER!

Drop the booze and the TB, up the cardio to 40 minutes and the love handles should become a thing of the past.

Transdermal fina made me strong, put on a little weight. I was horny as balls, shot rockets and had like really, really intense orgasms. I also smelled really bad, bad like people talk about me bad....I was showering like 2 times a day too
