Hey guys and gals,
Ok I know these pics are REAL bad quality and far away but i don't have a digital cam.... I had to whip my top off in the computer room at school real quick...(u'll notice its empty now :D )
I was hit by a drunk driver 4 months ago, which left me immobile for a month and killed my buddy.. so i haven't trained since :frown:
I just wanted to whack these up here so i can look at them after i finish my 4 month initial training... and compare before and after
Feel free to rip me to shreds as i know im chubby and skinny!

chest is 48
waist 36
quads 28
neck 17
arms 15
I woulda showed my legs but i might have gotten arrested...

hey good luck on the recovery, looks like you have a good frame to start building with, nothing a lot of hard work won't do and pay off !

Yeh the College computer room has a webcam as security so i just found the line and got into it man i hope no1 reviews it.... :bath:
Like i said hopefully get better quality picks in 2 weeks then 2 weeks later seein any progress... (prob not much)

well the harderst part for you might be the mental one... I had to stop for a broken arm and some sickness... Well I never really did stop but I mean couldn't train as much as I wanted. And I found that the mental part was the niggest problem. If you're like me you shoud have about 80-100% of you Strengh but like 50-75% of your ancien resistance... Well I mean for maybe the first month or two of your come back... Well train well and DONT stop or feel discrourage!
Tips: That's something simple that really did helps me! It did helps a lot! Before training (hope it's around 7-8pm) take some horse steak... No kidding it makes the difference! Specially for a "Come Back"

LMAO at the lenghts you went to for those pics....
Good luck with the training, you look like you got good genetics for a good taper and large chest if you put the effort in.
BTW, I hope they got that sonuvabitch who hit you.

Whats your cycle history? I doubt its gyno if you've never jabbed yourself.

Nooo never took AAS gonna give it 2 more years of eating and training, reading up stuff on here before i take the plunge... :lift:
I didn't know if it was cos i can push into my nipple and feel the muscle either side, :unsure:
