Hey everybody, I've been working hard during the winter and decided to come out of hibernation and post a few pics. The last time I posted was around Thanksgiving of last year. I'm still hovering around 210 lbs., although the scales at work has me around 217-220 lbs. Right now, I'm training 4 days a week.

Appreciate any comments or suggestions.

Thanks Sorken; Right now, I'm unable to do much cardio due to my work schedule. I'm taking L-carnitine and trying to keep my nutrition as clean as possible.

nice calves

Thanks, I try to hit my calves twice a week if possible. I do mostly standing and/or sitting calve raises and front toe raises to hit the shins.

were you gifted with them or did you have to build them from scratch

I've been pretty much gifted with them, but I've been working the sh$% out of them the past several years. Just a rough estimate, but they probably measure over 17".

Appreciate the comments, Brenda and Personal T.

My leg workout is broken down into two days. One day is geared towards the hams and the other toward the quads. Use to work both on the same day, but I was too tired by the time I got to the hams. Been getting good response since I divided the workout.

I've been blessed with good genetics and a large frame. In the past 2 and 1/2 years, I've put on in the neighborhood of 30 to 35 lbs, most of it through a pretty clean diet and working my a$$ off in the gym.

I'd say try to go on a little cutting diet...you will probably look really shredded.

Yeah, I'll try to go on one, but I'm just trying to find a good cutting diet. Right now I'm doing a pretty good job of keeping my nutrition clean, hence no fast food, candy, or soft drinks.

Any suggestions on a good cutting diet.

Check the nutrition lounge or search SwoleCat. That man knows how to get lean.

Thanks for the comments Hurricane, Johnny Boy and Killer Quads.

I'll search SwoleCat and see what he has on getting lean. I've read some of his material before, and he definitely knows his stuff. Just had a salad (no dressing), fish, and water for lunch....maybe that wasn't all that damaging.
