I don't know if you guys remember, here's a link to my old thread. Anyway, I ended up losing about 45 pounds, but it was all worth it. I'm now a lifelong competitor, I enjoyed every minute of the show. From tanning to getting painted to carbing up, it was the experience of a lifetime. I'll be competing in the state championships later on, I'll keep you guys posted.

The same people the backdrop. And the announcer was the same guy who does the Arnold too.

BTW I know I'm holding water in my legs, that was a real problem for me. Unfortunately it looks like I'll be resorting to diuretics in the future, unless I can figure things out. I hit my carb-deplete/load timing almost perfect though, lucky I guess. Followed the traditional schedule.

whats your placing?

Executioner

1st place district championships, heavyweight division (178 and up)
Overall Winner, district championships - STATE QUALIFIER

2nd place, TEEN DIVISION, out of 6! Take a look at the attachment (I'm farthest left, I think its fair to say I got shafted a little. The winner was second from right. Tell me what you think. My friends and coach felt because of my high placing in district competition I was bumped down in this division. BTW the other kid was almost 20 anyway, I'm still eligable for 2 years in teens. I came out of there with an 3 trophies, including an overall so I'm still happy with everything.

I came in at 193.5, pretty sharp for my first show, although I will definitly be using a diuretic in the future. The calipers had me at 4.2% the day before the show. State championships are in September, so I've got about 11 weeks to put on clean size. So far I'm back up to about 207, it's been a little over a week and my strength is nearly back to pre-show levels again! (315x10 on flat bench, 185x6 barbell curls, 405x6 bent-over rows)

Thanks for all the comments guys, I hope that punk BDTR sees this

I'll cash those checks all day brotha

Second from the right won it? You're right, you did get shafted.

BTW congrats on your accomplishments. :lift:

looking good bro, you are right, a little too much water in the wheels, but at least you know that already. Good luck with the clean weight in 11 weeks.

Thanks alot guys, I just keep thinking positive, I figure everyone gets an unfair placing eventually anyway. I will mos def have pics of the next show in September, see if you guys can see improvements. Thanks again. I got a long road ahead of me, I'll try to go as far as possible with the sport.

Ok, now you've cashed the check you wrote a while back. The old pics you really couldn't tell you had all that muscle burried underneath. Good work on the contest.

I was hoping you'd see this thread, and I appreciate what you said, it means a lot coming from the one and only fina bleeding mother****er.

And thanks ChiTown, I be over 200 lbs in September if everything goes correctly. And if I get my conditioning down the state comp will be real interesting.
