Thought I d post my pics to see what people thought. I have a pretty good idea of what I need to work on besides adding another 50lbs, but I was looking for some constructive critisism. I m 20, and I havent done my first cycle yet... I m waiting about another year. I m 6'2, 200lbs, with about 12% BF, I think. Thanks for the great site everyone.

bump for the arms....... and the delts.....
but great job so far...... body fat is good......... muscle looks soft.. ... but that could be salt and dairy products......
if you made your diet strict... you could stay at the same weight, and really make them pop out.
But like i said..... great job.

Overall a good frame to work with, remember to be big EAT ALOT, train like a man possessed, and a cycle would hurt either, but do your reseach 1st.

Thanks for all the input everyone, I really appreciate it. My Shoulders and Arms have always been a very hard spot for me, no matter how hard I hit them they never seem to want to grow! All in good time I guess. My diet has never been that great, other than the fact that I try to stay away from fast foods and really greasy ****, but I ve actually started cleaning it upo, and adding alot more protein in, so I guess only time will tell. I ve done alot of research as far as what I want to do for my first cycle, I jsut dont think that I m ready for it yet.

I'd say work on the shoulders and arms....you are 6'2 so I know it is hard to pack on mass in the arms, since they are so long....just like the calves...but 20 is young and I guarantee if you keep training hard you will get very big in the next 5 yearss....
