First pic is 07-02, second pic is 04-04

almost 2 years.

Weight at the first pic was something like 188 @ 16-17%
Weight in the second pic is something like 215 @ 16-18%

Can u guys tell a difference?

I'm dieting now for a show

I posted this in the Steroids forum, but i found this old pic for comparison.

16 weeks of dieting for a show in August. Looking to drop down to 176, to make the top of the middle weight class.

What's your opinions?

Thanks for the compliments, I'm currently around 215 - I THINK - I'm not to sure, i don't really care about the scale anymore, more about the appearance.

I know i'm pretty much lard right now, and am dieting, 16 weeks of cutting started Sunday.

Bulked for 8 weeks, now time to drop the fat. If I had to guess i'd say i'm 18% right now.

My Goal(S):
Lean as possible for a Show in the begining of August
I want to try to make the middle weight division, which means i need to get down to 176...which I "THINK" I can do. I would love opinions though. And better yet if anyone can find one of the body mass index calc's i would love a link. I want to see the approximate bf i would be at on that scale at 176lbs.

I know i can get to 185, but have not dropped below that in like 2 years, But i've also never done the last 4 weeks of a show prep...so...

At any rate, lets say i'm 215 now, droping down to 176...should be ok don't ya think? Without loosing to much muscle?

Nice work bro.
Correct me if I am wrong but didn't you have to recover from a bad car accident during this time as well?

about 2 years ago now, I was rear ended and had my truck totalled, I had some bad back problems, which took me about 6 months to work the kinks out of.

Infact, looking at the date on the before photo, that picture was exactly 1 month after the car accident.

ask and ye shall recieve :)

---in the front double bi' i'm not flexing my arms because i'm trying to hold the camera and then turn and look at the screen to make sure it's right...pretty lame but i'm slack.

I'm a bloated bitch!

That **** break up with the ex-fiance screwed me over so bad, and it took me awhile to get focused again.

I think i'm around 18% BF maybe higher
