    Fighting as a cardio workout

I was wondering what would be the best fighting style to work on. I want to add some fighting oriented cardio into my cardio workout and was wondering what would be the best fighting style to suit this.

Go to the sleaziest, dirtiest, biker bar you can find and go up to the biggest guy there and tell him you want to give him a dirty sanchez and make him your b!tch. I think if you do this 3 times a week, you should get in good shape in no time at all.

Boxing, kickboxing or Muay Thai. In no particular order. But if you wish to compete your going to have to hit the pavement and put in the miles. conditioning is everything.

In that case you probably want something traditional with lots of pomp and ceremony, any idea's guys?.

I did Tae Kwon Do many years ago, its lots good of kicks and Pomse(kata). Mayby that will do if you like kicking. Otherwise every martialart seems to be good cardioworkouts.
