In my experience no they don't. Not for amatures at least. What kind are you doing full contact, muay thai (better), full muay thai with elbows (best).

I want to do muay thai but I had trouble finding a trainer in my area(I searched like a mofo) So I went with full contact...right now the workout is pretty basic.
    mon 2mile run
tues 3 two min rounds for jump rope..bag..shadow box
then repeat in that order every day on top of the lifting.

I don't know about testing rules in the USA, but their expensive tests so as an Amateur I think you'll be safe.

That routine you posted, is THAT IT?. Whats your previous experience in boxing/kickboxing?. How long are you doing it now, how many round you spar a session/week etc?.

Why are you juicing, for your weight training or for martial arts?.

It depends on the organization. In the US I think Nevada is the only state which a drug test is required. Mandatory for title bouts and random for the rest.

It is very unlikely that they will test, every competition ive ever entered be it mma or kickboxing event even proffessional they dont test. It costs to much to test and as long as your not in a premier show in Nevada like UFC you dont really have to worry. But the best way to find out is by talking to the promoter or someone that knows more about the tourny.
